The Real meaning of Virtual Success

These days, we are all over-tasked with our dual Real Life and Virtual Work Life.

Do you ever feel both of them compete with each others?  The more you want to spend time with family and friends in your real face to face life, the less you have time for success in the virtual world, where your presence requires work to actually be visible, have a positive effect on the world, and to ultimately get work, produce something useful and get paid.

And when you get paid money from the Virtual World, you can have a better life on the Real World.

What is Success to you?

We each have different needs, and what I read everyday from people all over the world, is that we all want to make progress towards our own goals.  When I read about people who make lots of money online but who have to lie and manipulate people, that doesn't motivate me to work online...  It turns me down, and that's when I go and spend more time with my kids.

Whenever I find I am getting down, or discouraged from lack of progress, I go back and review what I truly want most, what my passions are.  For me, it's all about Life Balance and Freedom.  This is why I am investing time, money and effort into my business, operating in my local area and the virtual World.  So when I keep that focus, I work better and get more results.

But to really get moving and feel I can lift mountains, helping as many people as possible while earning a great living, I need to focus on what positive emotions get me the drive to work the hardest and most efficiently.

My Challenge

Life is sometimes tough so you need to be really consistent.  I know I should be developing my web services on Vwork more, but the truth is I have other activities taking my time and energies away.  To get progress, I have to remind myself that this work is important.  I am frequently reminded of that when I get personal emails from Vwork members asking me for more advice on how to find work.  But to get moving, I have to feel their desire for help and feel my desire for helping people, for progress, satisfaction and income.

I need to keep my Goals in mind, but goals without passion and drive and just dreams.  To make goals happen I have found I need determination and emotional drive.

I get the drive with good thoughts, positive images and emotional guidance from my personal journal and success board.

Your Challenge

To get to the next level of Success in the Virtual World, you need to be convinced that you can follow my simple advice here. It has worked with me, and it can work with you.

1. Find what your top goals are. Focus on improving just one or two at a time
2. Find what Emotions drive you towards that goal.  Positive Emotions are good, get pictures and print them, draw them and visualize them in your mind. Make occasional use of negative emotions, think of them when you are hesitating taking the right decisive action.
3. Take positive and decisive actions to work, provide value and take the attitude that doing anything  dealing with your goals or projects has learning value and will make you better able to do more progress faster.
4. Review your Goals and Emotional drivers daily to get motivated.
5. Keep track of your progress towards your goals and adjust your plan when necessary.

This will drive you towards success for any Goals or Project!  Enjoy your Progress, you deserve it!
